We provide technical and maintenance services in the UAE, including AC installation and maintenance, cleaning, painting, plumbing, carpentry, plastering, flooring, and related property services. These Terms apply when you request information, quotes, or bookings through our digital channels.

3. Google Ads lead forms — how we use your information

If you submit a Google Ads lead form or a similar advertising lead form for Tareeq Al Suraa, you acknowledge and agree that:

• We will request and use your information only as reasonably necessary for the limited purpose described in that lead form (typically to respond to your service enquiry, provide a quote, schedule work, or follow up on a request you initiated).
• We will use your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy and any additional disclosures shown on the lead form or advertisement you completed.
• We will not sell the information you provide and will not abuse it (for example, by contacting you with repeated unwanted phone calls, messages, or emails unrelated to your enquiry).
• We will provide clear information about how we collect, use, and may share your data, and we will obtain your consent where legally required before processing your information for marketing or other purposes.
• We will not license or disclose information received from lead forms to a data broker or similar third party whose primary business is reselling personal data.

4. Website enquiry forms

The same commitments in Section 3 apply when you submit a form on tareeqalsuraa.ae or contact us by phone, email, or WhatsApp after finding us online. You must provide accurate contact details so we can respond to your request.

5. Marketing and communications

We may contact you about the service you enquired about using the phone number, email, or other details you provided. If you no longer wish to receive marketing messages from us, you may opt out at any time by:

• Replying “STOP” or asking us to unsubscribe in an email or message;

We will honour opt-out requests promptly. Service-related messages about an active booking or enquiry you initiated may still be sent where necessary to fulfil your request.

6. Lead form webhook (business systems)

If we use a Google lead form webhook to receive lead data into our systems, that integration is configured by us to process enquiries securely. Google provides webhooks in beta and may change or discontinue them. Our use of any Google webhook or API is also subject to the Google API Terms of Service. Google is not responsible for errors resulting from misconfiguration on our systems.

7. Your responsibilities

When using our forms or services, you agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information;
• Use our contact channels to harass our staff or send unlawful content;

8. Quotes, bookings, and service delivery
